Indication Problem.

Scanner firmware error.

Solution :

1. Turn the product off and then on.
2. Replace the formatter.

Scanner calibration failure.

Solution :

1. Upgrade firmware.
2. Replace formatter , setting ews dan inject hpec.
3. Replace scanner assy.
4. Cleaning fusing, gear and scanner.

5. Replace fax module.

Error Code 30.03.30

Indication Problem 

1. Flatbed motor shutdown

2. Document feeder pick motor stall

Repair Action

• Replace scanner assy.
• Replace Document Feeder.
