Ampere is different from KVA (English Version)

Image result for ampere
Ampere is a unit of electrical current, while the KVA, which stands for Kilo Volt Ampere, a unit of power (or trivial KVA is multiplication of Voltage with Amper), which is sometimes called the "watt". So it is a kilo watts KVA.

For example, the maximum current carrying home PLN 2 Ampere. If the home is usually an electric voltage of 220 volts, the amount of maximum power is 2 times 220 volt ampere is equal to 440 watts or 0.44 KVA.

kVA = kilo Volt. ampere
Volt. Ampere (= Watt divided by a factor) is not the same with Amper, but for kilo = 1000
Enlightenment as follows:
Not "change / conversion" but FIND.
For example: Given Ampere = 10 Amp.
KVA depending on the magnitude of the voltage & amp; How its Phase.
If 220 V, 1 phase = 10 Amp x 220 V = 2200 VA = 2.2 KVA
If 380 V, 3 phase then = 10 Amp x 380 V x 1.73 (root 3) = 6574 VA = 6574 KVA.
Correction of your question:
  1. Electricity FLOW unit Ampere.
  2. POWER electric unit instead of Ampere, but in watts or kilowatts.
  3. KVA (Kilo Volt Ampere) is not equal to KW (Kilo Watt).
  4. KVA x cos Q (Power factor) = KW.

Abbreviated as UPS. Tools and electric discharge that provides continuous and uninterrupted to the computer. The tool is connected to your electrical outlet and connected to the computer, monitor, and other components. UPS uses the battery to ensure that the computer will remain alive even when power is off. There are several kinds of UPS, which is intended for users in the home, up to large enterprises.

Uninterruptible Power Supply is a provider of electric power system which is very important and necessary as well as serve as a bastion of power failure and damage to the system and hardware. UPS will be a system that is very important and very necessary in many telecommunications service providers, information services, internet service providers and more.

Can imagine the losses incurred due to a power failure if the system is not dilindugi with UPS. Main functions of the UPS are:

  1. Can Provide While electrical energy when the power failure occurs in the main power.
  2. Providing opportunities sufficient time for us to immediately turn on the generator.
  3. Providing opportunities sufficient time for us to immediately back up the data and secure Operating System (OS) with the appropriate shutdown procedures when the main power is off.
  4. Securing System computer from electrical disturbances that can disrupt a computer system in the form of damage software, data or hardware damage e. UPS can automatically stabilize the voltage when there is a change in the input voltage so that the voltage output is used by the computer system in the form of a stable voltage.
  5. UPS can perform diagnostics and management over itself making it easier for users to anticipate if there will be disruption to the system.
  6. User friendly and easy to install.
  7. Users can control the UPS via LAN network by adding a few accessories necessary.
  8. Can be integrated with the Internet network.
  9. Notification in case of failure by setting the UPS management software.

Happy to share and hopefully useful !!!
