TIP: For a 13.13.00 error:

Check and make sure that the original is not too thick.

Attempting to use the document feeder with too thick of an original will cause this error.                                                        

You can use the control-panel menus to disable the Misfeed Detection option for copy and scan jobs.

Doing so might allow the original to be copied or scanned. Disabling Misfeed Detection for copy jobs.

This can happen because there is no ink in the cartridge or the flow of ink unstable. It could also be due to a faulty printer spare parts etc.

Well here are some of the causes why when printing does  not come out of ink and the troubleshooting tips.

- Hose Printer Sandwiched

Hoses are squeezed causing the ink so could not walk normally for those who have Infusion system on the printer. The solution checks the overall start of the end of the hose that is attached to the ink reservoir until the hose attached to the cartridge, adjust and correct the position of the drip hose clamped.
